		<description>I wouldn&#039;t be cranky about this one.  What would this crossing serve that&#039;s not served by the 10th Ave bridge about 50 yards downstream or the Stone Arch bridge 1/4 mile upstream?  Interstate crossings are useful but not fun, particularly, even the nice 35E one is noisy with the traffic zooming right past.  I&#039;d be cranky about the 494 bridge in Saint Paul--eventually we&#039;ll get a bike crossing there but at the moment there isn&#039;t a way across the river between downtown and Hastings.</description>
