		<description>I wouldn't be cranky about this one.  What would this crossing serve that's not served by the 10th Ave bridge about 50 yards downstream or the Stone Arch bridge 1/4 mile upstream?  Interstate crossings are useful but not fun, particularly, even the nice 35E one is noisy with the traffic zooming right past.  I'd be cranky about the 494 bridge in Saint Paul--eventually we'll get a bike crossing there but at the moment there isn't a way across the river between downtown and Hastings.</description>
