		<description>Wow Hokan. The flashing light thing is a good tip. I always wondered about flashing headlights. I&#039;m prone to migraines, and find them discomforting (must be worse for seizure sufferers).</description>

Note that 169.222 referenced above permits flashing tail lights on bicycles.</description>
