This 4th Twin Cities DRAFT meet up coincides with Black Bike Week. In partnership with Slow Roll Twin Cities, DRAFT – Biking While Black: When Equity Matters will revolve around equity and biking in the Twin Cities. What do people of color experience while biking, why are bike lanes feared in the black community, and how communities of color were manufactured in the Twin Cities.
